    Hi Daniele,

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    I’m not seeing a license attached to your account, so I’m assuming that you are using The Events Calendar.  If this is the case, please feel free to post your questions in our WordPress.org forums, so that we can assist you there.

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Shaunak,

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your site.  As a first step, would you mind updating all of your plugins?  In addition, please update your version of WordPress to the most recent version as well (v4.8.2).  You may want to back up your site first, just to be safe, as this is quite a large update.  After doing so, check and see if your calendar has returned to normal.

    Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    in reply to: PayPal Method of Payment Broken Since Plugin Use #1362053

    Hi Rebecca,

    Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you’re running into this issue.

    Event Tickets Plus uses WooCommerce to handle the checkout process, so your PayPal settings are all within Woo.

    Once you have enabled PayPal under WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > PayPal, make sure you have also added your PayPal account correctly. You may also check that you do not have PayPal Sandbox mode enabled. I would recommend reading through WooCommerce’s guide on configuring PayPal to make sure that everything is set up properly.

    We are a little bit limited in the amount of support we can provide here, since this functionality is part of the WooCommerce plugin. However, I do want to help you get this figure out, so please let me know if adjusting the settings as mentioned above works for you!

    If that doesn’t help, try deactivating Events Calendar, Events Tickets, and Events Tickets Plus and try to place an order through PayPal.

    In addition, if the issue persists, you may want to enable PayPal’s Debug Mode, and try to place orders and see if error messages appear.  You can do this by going to WooCommerce Settings<Checkout<PayPal<Enable Logging and Save Changes.  You can check for error messages by going to WooCommerce Status<Logs<paypal.

    Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Joffrey,

    Sorry about the private responses, but I’m glad you were able to find the fix yourself.  I’m not sure about completely eliminating this in the future with future imports, but it sounds like you know where to look should the issue arise again.

    Please let me know if you have any other questions related to this issue!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    in reply to: How many tickets is sold? #1361987

    Hi Dennis,

    Again, I apologize for how confusing this is.  I have just done some tests on my own test site, and I was able to see how in the Attendees tab, the wrong number of tickets can be displayed.  When orders are cancelled, the ticket information does not update automatically.  However, when I updated the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product Page for that ticket, all was resolved in the Attendees ticket information.  Were you able to try this method with any success?  You have to click Update under the custom field bar, as well as on the Product Page right sidebar.

    Please let me know if this helps!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    in reply to: Dropping a Payment Option & Changing Currency #1361983

    Hi Titus,

    From our end, I would say your best option would be for the site owner to distribute the payments manually into the organizers’ accounts.  Unfortunately, I do not have another answer for you at this time.

    Feel free to vote on this feature request here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/13051791-add-stripe-to-community-tickets.  As you can see, it needs more votes in order to be considered, and your feedback is greatly appreciated.

    Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Hi Melanie,

    Let’s do a few things here.  First, would you mind sending me your complete updated system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?  I just want to take a look at everything since you’ve updated your plugins, and make sure that I’m not missing anything there.

    In addition, please see the following article, which can walk you through some troubleshooting steps to try, in order to fix your 404 errors:

    in reply to: Disable 768px Stylesheet #1361981

    Hi Daniel,

    You can add in the code right after the initial <?php in your functions.php file.  Let me know if anything else comes up!

    in reply to: Recurring event issues #1361485

    Hi Ihtezaz,

    I’m sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue.  As a next step, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see when creating a recurring event, with the scenario that caused your issues to occur.

    Also, does this occur with any new event that you create?  I am trying to figure out if there is some kind of pattern here, or a general issue.

    Another thing you may want to consider is to try to increase your server’s max_execution_time in php.ini (the default value is 30 seconds):
    <div>
    <div id=”highlighter_856775″ class=”syntaxhighlighter plain”>
    <table border=”0″ cellspacing=”0″ cellpadding=”0″>
    <tbody>
    <tr>
    <td class=”gutter”>
    <div class=”line number1 index0 alt2″>1</div></td>
    <td class=”code”>
    <div class=”container”>
    <div class=”line number1 index0 alt2″><code class=”plain plain”>max_execution_time = 60</div>
    </div></td>
    </tr>
    </tbody>
    </table>
    </div>
    </div>
    If increasing the max_execution_time to 1 minute is still not enough, you can adjust/increase it more to ensure that the server will have time to process your requests before it hangs.

    Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    Hi Alyson,

    Were you able to bring back the options using the code in the link in my previous reply?  There seemed to be some useful suggestions there.  You can also try switching to a default theme, such as ‘Twentyseventeen’ to confirm if the theme is the issue.  Your Display Settings should contain more options, like this:

    Please let me know if you have any other questions for me on this issue!

    Thanks,

    Hi Joffrey,

    Thanks for sending over those files.  Would you mind also providing me with your complete updated system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    I just want to make sure I’m not missing anything before testing.

    Also, using the query indicated in the following thread may help to clear out some of the duplicates.

    https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/filter-bar-location-has-duplicate-autocomplete-entries/

    Let me know if there’s anything else I need to know about the way the data is imported or any other conditions that I may be unaware of!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    For now, I am going to close this thread.

    in reply to: Managing venues and organizers #1361474

    Hi Colin,

    It seems that there is a bug where the Merge Duplicates button does not always show.  We do not currently have an ETA on when this will be fixed, however you will be noticed when the fix is ready.

    Here’s a code snippet to override this option from your database https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/dublicate-venues/#post-1253363, which should make the button appear again.

    In order to search by organizers/venues, you can go to your Events page and add Organizer and Venue filters.  This may help you to see what you are looking for.

    I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    in reply to: How many tickets is sold? #1361468

    Hi Dennis,

    If you go to Events and hover over the Event you are interested in, you can click on Attendees.  From there, you can Export the data, which you can open in a program like Excel.  There should be a column there for Status, which indicates whether an order is Completed or Cancelled.  If you do not see this option, check the Screen Options at the top of the screen where your event is, and you can select Status.

    I hope this helps, let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

    in reply to: Variable Ticket cost #1361102

    Hi Andrea,

    Thanks so much for reaching out again!

    With Event Tickets Plus, you have the ability to create multiple tickets for the same event, and draw from one pool of tickets.  You can do this by selecting the option Enable Global Stock in the Tickets box on an Event Page.

    As of now, the only way to add an additional cost would be to create an additional ticket for the same event with that cost listed.  Please feel free to vote on this feature request here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6388546-support-woo-product-variations-within-event-ticket.  We truly appreciate customer feedback, and appreciate your interest in this functionality.

    If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

    Please let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
