ParticipantHello,
Just wondering if you can help me?
Ever since using this plugin, the whole payment system (PayPal) for this website isn’t working. https://occasionstearoom.co.uk I get the attached error when trying to pay for something with PP. The system will take a FREE order OK.
It shouldn’t be a theme or another plugin conflict as I’ve had a successful gift voucher selling system on there for some time working perfectly with existing WooCommerce.
Can you please let me know what a problem may be and how I can fix this?
Kind Regards,
Rebecca @Letmeorganiseu

KeymasterHi Rebecca,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry you’re running into this issue.
Event Tickets Plus uses WooCommerce to handle the checkout process, so your PayPal settings are all within Woo.
Once you have enabled PayPal under WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > PayPal, make sure you have also added your PayPal account correctly. You may also check that you do not have PayPal Sandbox mode enabled. I would recommend reading through WooCommerce’s guide on configuring PayPal to make sure that everything is set up properly.
We are a little bit limited in the amount of support we can provide here, since this functionality is part of the WooCommerce plugin. However, I do want to help you get this figure out, so please let me know if adjusting the settings as mentioned above works for you!
If that doesn’t help, try deactivating Events Calendar, Events Tickets, and Events Tickets Plus and try to place an order through PayPal.
In addition, if the issue persists, you may want to enable PayPal’s Debug Mode, and try to place orders and see if error messages appear. You can do this by going to WooCommerce Settings<Checkout<PayPal<Enable Logging and Save Changes. You can check for error messages by going to WooCommerce Status<Logs<paypal.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantThank you Jaime,
PP / WooCommerce was already set up as we have been selling Gift Vouchers on the website for a while.
However good news! Overnight the system seems to have kickstarted itself and starting working as 4 tickets sales went through.
So all fixed!
Thanks again for your reply,
Rebecca : )
