KeymasterHi Sebastian,
I’m sorry that the solution I provided wasn’t what you were looking for. If you event remains associated with Eventbrite, you could try to create custom order confirmations through Eventbrite, using this tutorial:

KeymasterHi Eric,
I’m glad to see that you have at least been able to isolate where the issue is occurring. It looks like that plugin hasn’t been updated in over a year, and it also has not been tested with a recent version of WordPress.
You are welcome to reach out to the plugin developers and see if they can assist you with your issue, or find another solution without it.
Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Greg,
One idea that I have that may be helpful is for you to add a field to your tickets for email address, and make this field required. This way, users will have to enter an additional email address manually upon ticket purchase, in addition to the email address and other information they have associated with their account.
Does this help?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mel,
Thank you for providing me with that information!
By default, the navigation buttons appear at the bottom of the calendar. Are you using custom code or something else to display them at the top?
If you switch to a default theme, do you see the same issue?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Sean,
I can confirm that a fix for your issue was included in the most recent maintenance release.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Julián,
We have just released a maintenance release, so please update your plugins and see if the issue persists.
If you deactivate our plugins, are you able to access the WordPress Customizer? Without testing for conflicts, or switching to a default theme, it is difficult to narrow down the issue. If you could set up a staging site, or put your site into maintenance mode, are you able to switch to a default theme? Also, when are you seeing those errors occur?
Thanks,
Jaime
Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterI have taken a look at your site and I am able to click on all of the months in the search, although some of the months are not visible, which I believe to be a conflict between your theme and the search bar. That is why I recommended going through our testing for conflicts procedure as a next step.
In addition, we have just released a maintenance release of our plugins yesterday, so please update as well.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Pablo,
Okay I see now! First, we have just released a maintenance release of our plugins yesterday, so please update and see if you see any changes.
If not, as a next step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Aniko,
Would you be able to point me to an event on your site that has images, that when you export it, it does not export the images? Is the link that you provided the one that you have exported? Also you mentioned that you export in your app builder, what app builder are you referring to?
I exported this event from your site (http://baranyapont.hu/event/cirokaek-avagy-kecskemeti-mesehosok-hetkoznapjai/) with the iCal export, into my own iCal and was able to see an image as an attachment, and when I clicked on the event, it brought me to the event page with an image. Let me know if you are seeing different results.
Also, would you mind providing a screenshot of where these 30 events are appearing? Are they on your calendar or somewhere else? I just need a bit more clarity so that I can troubleshoot your issue.
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime
November 22, 2017 at 3:15 am in reply to: Events Calendar Upgrade converts existing events to recurring ones #1388831Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Penny,
Thank you for providing us with that information. We have changed the way that recurring data is stored in the database in more recent versions, which is probably why the issue occurred when updating from a very old version to the most recent one.
Glad that things are up and running now, you are welcome back in our support forums any time!
Since you marked the thread as resolved, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!

KeymasterHi Chris,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your site! As a first step, can you access your plugin file folders, for example through FTP? If so, you can remove our plugin from there, which should allow you to access your site.
Once there, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

KeymasterHi Daniel,
Thanks so much for reaching out again! I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing the same issue as you were before.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

In the meantime, it would be helpful for you to begin going through the same steps as previously, starting with:
- Delete your EA key from your wp-admin > Events > Settings and save
- Disconnect your old license from https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
- Then re-enter your license again in your wp-admin settings
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Eric,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Let me know if this options works for you!
Thanks,
Jaime
