We received this error after updating our plugins (see below). We are unable to access the WordPress dashboard or site.

I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue on your site! As a first step, can you access your plugin file folders, for example through FTP? If so, you can remove our plugin from there, which should allow you to access your site.
Once there, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
