KeymasterHi Pavlo,
You should be able to add the shortcode to your theme’s functions.php file. In order to ensure that this will not be affected by a future theme update, you can create a child theme and add the code to the child theme’s functions.php file.
In addition, you may find this forum post useful as well:

Let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Benjamin,
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
As a first step, you may want to look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which views and templates that you can copy and edit in order to achieve the results you are looking for. The template that you will want to look at is located at /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/QR.php
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Louise,
Okay, it seems like there may be something that isn’t working properly.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
In addition, can you take a screenshot of the way you have one of your events set up that doesn’t seem to be working as expected.
Also, if you go to Events Settings < General, what does your “Create recurring events in advance for” setting say?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

December 7, 2017 at 11:58 am in reply to: How to display past and future events in map view? #1400628Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Peter,
Thanks so much for providing me with that information. Unfortunately, it looks like this issue is related to a known bug in our plugin right now. For now, you can use other views to display past dates, but the bug is currently in Map View.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch and we are actively working on a solution for this. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Craig,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for renewing your license!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!
Can you check that the system is connected to your current license key? See My Account » Licenses to find your current key.
You may want to also just manually re-enter the license key, even if it is correct, and ‘Save Changes’.
You can also try removing the plugin completely and adding it back in manually.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Dominik,

That is a very strange issue, I have not heard of this happening before. When you click on Pending, do you just see your two posts as expected? Is anything else in there?
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

KeymasterHi Andrei,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
We don’t have a particular SEO plugin that we recommend to our users, though a popular one to use is Yoast SEO. If you do choose to go this route, I’d recommend reading up on potential conflicts and the best way to configure things in order to prevent this from happening:

I hope this helps!

KeymasterHi Ricarda,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, there is not a function available where you can load stylesheets in other parts of your site. Just for your reference, here are our available functions:

KeymasterHi Rhaya,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
If you switch to a default theme, do you see the same issue occur?
Another thing you can try is to play around with the templates and stylesheets that you are using. Sometimes adjusting these settings can change the appearance to be more aligned with what you are looking for.

KeymasterHi Louise,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
When you set up a recurring event, the event will end if there are no more instances created. For example, if you create a recurring event to recur every week for 4 weeks, the event will not be recreated after those four events have past.
If you want events to recur indefinitely, you will have to intentionally set it up that way. You also have options about when events should be cleaned up and how far in advance new events should be created. You can find these options in Events Settings < General.
I hope this helps to provide some clarification for you. If you have any other questions on this topic, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Chetan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately as per our Support Policy, we can not help out with customizations, but I’d love to help point you in the right direction.
You do have the option to hide recurring events in List View by going to Events Settings < General and checking the box next to Recurring event instances and Save Changes.
In addition, our Themer’s Guide may be able to get you started on copying and editing our templates and views in order to get you closer to what you are trying to achieve:
