    Purchased a license renewal – tried to autoupdate via wordpress – didn’t work. Tried to download via account page – and got error message.

    Thanks so much for reaching out and for renewing your license!

    I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!

    Can you check that the system is connected to your current license key? See My Account » Licenses to find your current key.

    You may want to also just manually re-enter the license key, even if it is correct, and ‘Save Changes’.

    You can also try removing the plugin completely and adding it back in manually.
