Order quantity and Number of attendee name fields

    We found an issue with the order quantity and # of attendee name fields. We have a member who has 2 orders associated with one event. 1 order for 2 tickets was deleted and replaced with another order that has 3 tickets. The system shows the first order is deleted, but when we logged in as the member to enter attendee names, there are 5 attendee name fields. There should only be 3.
