KeymasterHi Liz,
Unfortunately that is where the bug lies. So for now, the workaround (as you have already figured out) is to create one-word fields.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Tiina,
Okay, I understand. You can manually delete or hide the events that you’d like to no longer appear. You can also try a third party plugin, like the Post Expirator to make something like this happen.
You can choose to delete recurring events after a given amount of time within your settings.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Owen,
You can change the email address submitted by using the third-party plugin User Switching.
Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi Rolf,
Unfortunately those numbers are randomly generated and cannot be changed in the same way. I assure you that the 2016 has nothing to do with the year.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Heather,
Okay I see. Can you re-connect your Facebook API (with the temporary license enabled) and then delete the import?
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jeff,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Community Events, users can create events that can be published directly to your calendar, without admin approval.
These events can be edited on the backend by the admin and when a new submission is created, and it is all mobile-responsive.
Certain fields can be hidden by default or you can elect to make certain fields required (or not required) so that users do not have to fill out those fields. The fields that are not required will not be published once the event is submitted.
Also, feel free to check out our demo site here.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Cindy,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Are you using a shortcode to add the event list widget to your blog post?
If so, can you provide me with the shortcode that you are using?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Reuel,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can find the event slug by going to Edit Events and clicking on Quick Edit. Below the title, you will see the slug.
Let me know if that helps!

KeymasterHi Rolf,
You can try using the solution provided in the following forum thread to see if that helps:

Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kristen,
Thanks for providing me with that information. I do see that issue appearing on your site now.
I tried replicating the issue on my own site and did not see the same issue occurring. Are you using a custom filter to create Event Type?
As a next step, can you update all of your Events Calendar related plugins and see if the issue still occurs?
If it does, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Note that https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/ may prove helpful as well. (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Gennaro,
I’m glad to hear that you have at least found the root cause of the issue.
You can check out this guide on compatible theme in order to help you choose a different theme:

I hope that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime
