KeymasterHi Jeff,
Okay, it seems that functionality is related to the Eventbrite Tickets plugin, in addition to Event Aggregator.
However, I still was able to import the CSV without those licenses/plugins installed on my test site.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Whenever troubleshooting, it’s best to enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
If there’s nothing obvious (such as a console error or WP_DEBUG message) pointing you to what might be the problem, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Note that https://wordpress.org/plugins/plugin-detective/ may prove helpful as well. (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us)
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Caroline,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
You should be able to include a link to the event on your website into an article very easily, by just adding the link to the single event in the article. You can accomplish this with our free The Events Calendar plugin.
And yes, you can display your list of events for the weekend and for the week, which will then automatically change to the following week. You can utilize our Week View in Events Calendar PRO in order to make this happen.
You can also utilize the Schedule Day View extension in order to show the events for the upcoming day.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Florian,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you provide me with a link to that page, so that I can take a look?
In other words, are you looking to dis-allow users to make a date selection, so that it is essentially a calendar to look at?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jane,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can have users submit flyers via the frontend Community Events submission form in the event image field.
And yes, you could also utilize the Members plugin to allow different capabilities to your users to give them access to the backend editor.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Owen,
The best way for you to edit the information that is submitted by your users is to switch to that user and edit the information as that user from the front end.
Let me know if you have any further questions on this issue!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Josh,
Thanks for reaching out again here!
I actually just replied to your other thread, but I got some more information here, so I can help you out here.
You can try adding the following CSS snippet to your WordPress Customizer or theme’s stylesheet:
.sc_events_full .sc_events_date_month {
display:none;
}Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Josh,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind elaborating on what you are trying to accomplish?
Perhaps a screenshot or link to the page where you would like to hide these fields would be helpful.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi William,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can increase the Import Date Range Limit by altering this settings under Events Settings < Imports.
Let me know if that helps!

Jaime

KeymasterHi Lindsay,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately there isn’t a way to give them access to the sales reports from the front-end. However, you can try giving them access to parts of the Dashboard and back-end, utilizing the third-party plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Nancy,
When I view that link, it says that it does not exist. Would you mind checking the URL so that I can test it?
I do have access to your system information, however I’m not quite sure if it’s the most recent information. It appears that you have some out-of-date plugins. If that is the case, can you update all of your Events Calendar plugins to their most recent versions and test if this issue still occurs?
If that is not the case, could you please provide us with your complete updated system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
