remove events efter time passed

Hi

I’d like to be able to remove events if the time has passed.

For example, my clients need to fill in a quiz 12 hrs before they join the particular event. I’d like to remove/hide the particular event if it’s less that 12hrs until the start. Is this possible?

You can choose to schedule when an event will be published, just like with regular WordPress posts and pages.

thanks, but this doesn’t solve it. I want to remove all events that are
closer than 1 day from the particular time the user is looking at the
calendar. For example, if a user is looking at the calendar at 1 pm on a
Thursday, I only want to show events that are available from Friday at 1 pm
and onwards, not the event that is at 2 pm on the same day.

Hi Tiina,

Okay, I understand.  You can manually delete or hide the events that you’d like to no longer appear.  You can also try a third party plugin, like the Post Expirator to make something like this happen.

You can choose to delete recurring events after a given amount of time within your settings.
