KeymasterHi Travis,
Thanks for providing me with all of that information. I have done some testing with setting things up the way you have in your screenshots and everything seems to work as expected for me.
One thing that I noticed is that the screenshots you provided are not related to the event that you linked to, or at least the information (ie price, dates) are inconsistent. Are these for two different events?
Also, what are you using to display the information in the second screenshot? That doesn’t seem to be something related to our plugin, and I’m just curious if that could be causing an issue.
In addition, can you try creating a new test event with an attendee form and see if the issue is there as well?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Daniel,
Great, thanks for taking the next steps. When I imported the events via the link that you provided, this is what I saw:

Are you seeing the same dates, or are you getting different results? When you say that each event gained 18 hours, do you mean that the event was set up to take place the previous day?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Rehan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
While our Eventbrite Tickets plugin does not support the automatic import of Eventbrite events at this time, you can easily import events one at a time from your Eventbrite account after linking, and events that are created and published to your WordPress site can be automatically synced to Eventbrite using our plugin. We’re also exploring future options for interacting with Eventbrite through our Event Aggregator tool:

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Shaun,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

In order to edit the email template, you can take a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can walk you through how to copy and edit our templates. I’d recommend starting off by looking at the tickets/email.php file.
As far as the subject goes, you can change that by heading over to WooCommerce Settings < Emails, and looking at the Tickets email.
Let me know how it goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks for reaching out here as well!
Can you provide the URL that you are importing that is applying tags? What format are you importing it in?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

Also, can you head over to Events < Help and enable the Event Log and check for anything unusual as you run your imports. And can you take a look at your Event Aggregator Status underneath the Event Log and let me know if you see anything unusual there as well.
Let me know how that goes!

KeymasterHi Rebekah,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You should be able to configure the Countdown Widget to countdown for a recurring event. You shouldn’t actually need the slug or post ID at all. I have configured something like the following and a countdown begins in the sidebar:

KeymasterHi Donna,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to clarify, are you looking to remove the Featured Event styling from the List View? It sounds like you are on the right track, and you will want to inspect the element, and can remove the featured event class, or just change the CSS for that event either in your WordPress Customizer or theme’s stylesheet.
Here is more information on our views and templates that may be of some assistance to you:

Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately the only way to change the Start Sale Date and End Sale Date is to manually enter them yourself and Save Ticket.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
