KeymasterHi Mary,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Tom,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you try updating all of your Events Calendar related plugins and see if that helps to resolve your issue?
Also, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

KeymasterHi Eros,
Great, thanks for running through those steps.
As a next step, I’d recommend reaching out to the other plugin developers and see if they have any suggestions for how to make this work, as the issue seems to be related to their plugin.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Kristen,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
There is no “show expired events” option by default, but you can display your past events in a few ways:
You can set the date filter in the [tribe_events] shortcode to a date as far back in the past as you want, and the shortcode will output events from that date forward (including upcoming events). There is not currently a shortcode to display only past events, but there is a past events page created by default: yoursite.com/events/past.
Alternatively, you could pull a custom list of events with the tribe_get_events function.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

Unfortunately we do not use Caldera Forms to create events, so I cannot provide further information on this issue. With our plugin alone, you can create Additional Fields to put into the event content instead.
You can find and add these Additional Fields under Events Settings < Additional Fields.
Let me know if you have any other questions for us!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Volker,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, I’m not able to replicate this issue. Are you seeing “No Results Found” on your homepage with your events?

KeymasterHi Dominic,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
Please see the following tutorial on how to create a custom filter for Filter Bar:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-custom-filters-for-filter-bar/
In order to create an infinite scroll, you can try integrating a third-party plugin, although this is not something we can provide support for. Here are a few options.
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi George,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you try updating your Events Calendar related plugins and see if you still see that word appearing?
If so, you can try switching to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’ and see if the behavior changes?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
