    Hi –
Some of my testers found themselves confused when they encountered the word “Tickets” floating in the middle of an event listing from the past. Clearly, it was not possible to buy tickets for this event.
(They got there because there’s a page with all the season’s concerts in summary. Visitors can click any of those events to get details.)

Is there a way to keep that from showing up? I’ve used Chrome’s Inspect element, but I’m leary of modifying anything. I’m not sure what controls that word appearing, and I’m not sure how to make it disappear on command.

    Hi George,

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Can you try updating your Events Calendar related plugins and see if you still see that word appearing?

If so, you can try switching to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’ and see if the behavior changes?

Let me know how that goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Thank you – updating the Events Calendar/Pro and/or the Event Tickets/Pro solved it.
