ParticipantThe single events pages are suddenly are all showing a sub nav next event link to an event from 3 years ago, and no links to previous events.
I can disable the sub nav menu in CSS, but then there is no way of navigating to next pages in the month, week, and list views.
The events from last month (ones that have passed) show the correct previous and next links.
Because my events were showing up with wrong start times in Google, I reached out to you , and you advised to change the time zone from UTC +0 to “use local timezones for each event” and I created the events for April using the New York time zone setting (the main WordPress setting is also set to New York).
Please help!

KeymasterHi Christopher,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you try updating your WordPress version and all of your Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent versions and see if that resolves the issue?
If not, after doing so, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

ParticipantIs there a way I can disable the previous and next sub nav just on the
single event page?April 2, 2018 at 5:01 am #1494130Christopher
ParticipantI figured out how to comment out the previous-next sub-nav on the single
events page, so that solves the problem for now.April 2, 2018 at 6:35 am #1494207Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterGlad you were able to figure things out, you are welcome back in our support forums any time!
