KeymasterHi Hannes,
Thanks for reaching out again!
In order to change the translation that you are seeing, I’d recommend configuring the third-party plugin Say What? and changing the string that you are referring to.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Abigail,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
By default, when changing views, the “Events From” filter should be retained when switching between views. I just tested this on my own site and was able to see these results. The only exception is Month View, where it will just show you the whole month, rather than the events after a certain date.
Are you seeing the same results? If not, I’d recommend starting off by going through our testing for conflicts procedure to see what you find out.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Michael,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
You’ll want to take a look at the the-events-calendar/src/views/functions/template-tags/ ical.php file.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Derek,
Thanks so much for reaching out again!
Can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual? Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?
Can you also please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Tristan,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Aggregator, you can import tickets via CSV file:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
As far as integrating with third-party products, we cannot make any guarantees or provide related support, but we’d be happy to point you in the right direction to get things to play nicely together.
You have a few options as far as how things get updated. For example, you can create a scheduled import and choose to have events updated when they are updated in the source, or you can choose to have event changes preserved on the site.

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Abigail,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you update your WordPress version and Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent versions and see if this helps to resolve the issue?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Eros,
Just to clarify, are you saying that if you deactivate this other plugin, ours does not work? Can you be more specific about what does not work when this other plugin is disabled?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Hannes,
I’m sorry that my idea did not work out for you. Unfortunately, I do not have any additional information as to when that feature will be implemented.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Hannes,
Thanks for that information.

You can create or edit the breakpoint for this screen size, using our Themer’s Guide, to assist you with that. You can add this CSS to your WordPress Customizer or theme’s (or child theme’s) stylesheet:
div.tribe-events-event-cost{
display:block;
}Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Donald,
Thanks for reaching out again here!
Would you mind providing me with an example of what you are referring to (with screenshots or links) so that I can get a better idea of what you are looking for?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!

KeymasterHi Donald,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can try adding the following snippet to your theme’s functions.php file in order to control the length of the excerpt you see in the tooltip:

Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime
