KeymasterHi Chuck,
Thank you for that clarification. Unfortunately, I have not been able to replicate this issue with the latest versions of our plugins.
In that case, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:
1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Heather,
How does the plugin deal with event duplications (ie the same event from different sources)
If you import the same event from different sources, it will be imported twice. Once on your site, you can edit and delete one of the events if necessary.
How does the plugin deal with events that are already in our events plugin which we have added manually
Events that are added manually can live side by side with the events that are imported with Event Aggregator. On the front end, these will all look the same to users.
Is there a trial period, or can we get a refund if it doesn’t work as we want?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, so if things really don’t work out for you, we’d be happy to give you a full refund within that period.
Let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Heather,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Events Calendar PRO, you can create recurring events on your website, whereas with Event Aggregator you can import events from a variety of sources into your calendar.
The number of websites that you can use depends on the license that you purchase. A personal license will grant you access to one site, whereas a business license will give you access to up to three sites.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Tom,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
I see that you’re currently running The Events Calendar PRO version 4.4.14, would you mind updating to the current version (4.4.24.2)?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Nathan,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Do you have a current license for Event Aggregator?
I don’t see any licenses attached to this email address, would you mind providing me with your email/license information so that I can further assist you?
If you have an Events Calendar related issue, would you mind posting in our WordPress.org forums?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!

KeymasterHi Gemma,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for. The template that is used is the email.php template.
You can also try the following tutorial to add the event date to ticket emails:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-the-event-date-to-ticket-emails/
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

I’m not quite sure what you’re asking for, but here are all of our available functions:

I believe you may be looking for the tribe_get_events function.
Let me know if that helps!

April 3, 2018 at 6:24 am in reply to: Is there a way for Eventbrite events to automatically show up on the Calendar? #1495192Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Immanuel,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
While our Eventbrite Tickets plugin does not support the automatic import of Eventbrite events at this time, you can easily import events one at a time from your Eventbrite account after linking, and events that are created and published to your WordPress site can be automatically synced to Eventbrite using our plugin. We’re also exploring future options for interacting with Eventbrite through our Event Aggregator tool:
Feel free to vote on this feature request, as we tend to implement features based on popularity, so your feedback is greatly appreciated!
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Ana,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
In other words, are duplicate attendees being created, or are customers just receiving an email for each order that they create?
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

KeymasterHi Chuck,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
In one of those other threads, the issue was that the ticket was not showing up on events. Is this your issue, or are you able to create tickets that won’t save?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Christynne,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
You can add images to your event pages, and add a Featured Image for each of your events. If you are looking to specifically add an icon to the title of the event, you may be able to achieve this with some customization.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
Feel free to play around with our free The Events Calendar plugin to see if you are able to get the functionality that you are looking for.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jack,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
In order to resolve that security issue, I’d recommend installing and configuring a plugin, like this one.
Let me know if that helps!
