    Hi there

Two questions for you – how does the Event Aggregator deal with recurring events – or am I better to get the event pro and aggregator bundle?

For example every Friday? How do the Event titles and urls differ in this case?

Also how many websites can I use this on?

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

    Hi Heather,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

With Events Calendar PRO, you can create recurring events on your website, whereas with Event Aggregator you can import events from a variety of sources into your calendar.

The number of websites that you can use depends on the license that you purchase.  A personal license will grant you access to one site, whereas a business license will give you access to up to three sites.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

Thanks very much for your reply Jaime.Just 3 more questions:

    1. How does the plugin deal with event duplications (ie the same event from different sources)
    2. How does the plugin deal with events that are already in our events plugin which we have added manually
    3. Is there a trial period, or can we get a refund if it doesn’t work as we want?

    Many thanks

    Hi Heather,

How does the plugin deal with event duplications (ie the same event from different sources)

If you import the same event from different sources, it will be imported twice.  Once on your site, you can edit and delete one of the events if necessary.

How does the plugin deal with events that are already in our events plugin which we have added manually

Events that are added manually can live side by side with the events that are imported with Event Aggregator.  On the front end, these will all look the same to users.

Is there a trial period, or can we get a refund if it doesn’t work as we want?

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, so if things really don’t work out for you, we’d be happy to give you a full refund within that period.

Let me know if anything else comes up!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
