KeymasterHi Uwe,
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
You can add text to the RSVP string in the following screenshot:

The snippet in the following tutorial can be modified and added to your theme’s functions.php file:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
Alternatively, you can edit the ticket template itself and add in a custom field there, using the Themer’s Guide as a starting point.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Abigail,
Can you update all of your Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent and test if this issue still occurs after doing so?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Diego,
Can you test if this works with a different payment gateway? Do you only have this issue with WooCommerce PayU Latam Payment Gateway?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Gavin,
You can try installing the third-party plugin, Chronological Posts, which can reverse the order of your posts.
I just tested this out and it worked for me, let me know how it goes for you!
Thanks,
Jaime

April 25, 2018 at 4:31 am in reply to: Facebook not importing own events using same account #1515577Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Nick,
If you are the owner of the Facebook Page and you create the events yourself, you should be able to import them.
The only caveat that I can think of is that you are creating these events as Sundown Cinema, and not as yourself, so that it cannot recognize you as the creator of the events.
Does that make sense?
This is a tricky situation, so there may be a reason why imports aren’t working here, and we’ll try to help you figure that out.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Terrence,
Thanks for providing me with that information. According to the screenshot on your other thread, it appears that the upgrade has been applied to your account.
Are you still seeing this issue?
Let me know!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Terrence,
I just tested the two URLs that you provided, and they both appear to be working on my end now.
Can you test again and see if they are working now?
If not, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

April 25, 2018 at 4:11 am in reply to: Adding times on tickets for multiple events (variable products) on same date #1515566Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Simon,
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately ticket support for recurring events is a complicated endeavor so we are still working on the best way to introduce that feature.
As for the check-in issue, as I understand it, you’d like to have one person check people in for different events at the same time. Although not ideal, you can have the different events opened in different tabs on the backend, so that someone can go to that event easily in order to check people in.
You can also print out the attendee lists and have people checked in offline instead:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#exporting-attendees
Or you can scan the QR codes and check users in that way:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-qr-codes-event-tickets-plus/
Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Diego,
Do you have a multilingual plugin setup, like WPML? If not, that would help you to get your translations set up properly.
You can review this article to help you get things set up properly:
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime
April 25, 2018 at 3:58 am in reply to: save attendee information in woocommerce customer account #1515560Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterHi Hannes,
Unfortunately this information does not carry over for future ticket purchases. You can export this information via CSV and save it that way, but it will not populate a ticket with that information automatically.
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

KeymasterHi Tracy,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that changing the import date range is no longer working for you.
We are actively working on a solution for this issue and will let you know when a fix has been released.
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime
