Created a few recurring events and the first event in each series is redirecting to the /all page. There seems to be a bug in your core file that Events-Calendar-Pro/src/Tribe/Main.php on line 518 with the function detect_recurrence_redirect that is not running correctly when it is the first event in the series.
I have hacked this for now by hooking into the tribe_events_pro_recurrence_redirect_url and returning false. But this is not a permanent solution.
I am running WordPress 4.9.5 and have already completed your testing for conflicts procedure.
Thanks!

Thanks so much for reaching out!
Would you mind sending me a screenshot of how that event is configured on the backend, so that I can try to replicate on my end as well?
Let me know if anything else comes up in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

Here’s a capture of the admin page for one of the events that was doing this.
If you need, I can probably get the issue up on our staging site so you can look at it in action.
Thanks!
April 23, 2018 at 5:07 am #1513553Jaime MarchwinskiKeymasterHi Abigail,
Thanks for providing me with that information.
Unfortunately, I’m not able to replicate this issue on my end.
In that case, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

As a next troubleshooting step, can you try flushing your permalinks by going to Settings < Permalinks and Save Changes. You will want to clear your browser and site cache as well after doing this.
Also, I’m not seeing the event that you are referring to. Would you mind linking me directly to that event?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

Can you update all of your Events Calendar related plugins to their most recent and test if this issue still occurs after doing so?
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime
