ModeratorWelcome back, Matthew 🙂
I’ll provide the best information I have on the matter. If you’re on a shared hosting plan, it might be an uphill battle getting your site performing to your expectations. I recommend looking into Digital Ocean or another hosting company that allows you to control every aspect of your server. With that said, here’s what I have when it comes to performance:

You might also want to try out a caching plugin such as WP Rocket. Lastly, visit Events > Settings > General and decrease the amount of months you have for the Clean up recurring events after setting. I hope this helps and best of luck improving your site’s performance. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Wilko, (cool name!)
Welcome back! The Related Events section should display events by their start date rather than the published date. To identify if that issue is coming from your theme or a plugin(s), can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?
If you’d like to completely remove the Related Events, simply visit Events > Settings > Display and check the ‘Hide related events’ checkbox. I hope this helps and have a great rest of the day. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Pau,
Welcome back! I see you’re running versions 4.3.1.1 for both TEC and PRO. Can you please update to the latest versions available and also review our Testing for conflicts guide? Once we can eliminate the potential for a theme and/or plugin conflict, we can continue investigating.
Thank you and have a wonderful rest of the day. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Milan,
Thank you for your purchase and welcome to our premium plugin support forums! I unfortunately don’t have any available code for what you’ve requested, but I’ll gladly pass along documentation to help get you started. For what is covered in our support forums, please review our What support is provided for license holders? Knowledgebase article.
Lastly, I recommend visiting our UserVoice Feature Ideas and submit your request there. Sorry we can’t do more here and best of luck with the customizations. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Crystal 🙂
Thank you for the update! I’m so glad to hear things are finally working properly. Without having access to your site, it’s often times hard to figure out what exactly is going on and how to go about resolving it. Please feel free to create a new thread if you have any new questions arise and thanks again for your patience and willingness to troubleshoot the issue.
Have a great rest of your week. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Michael,
Thank you for the update. I imagine you have a theme and/or plugin conflict in play. We don’t have any logged bugs and I’m not experiencing similar behaviors in my own testing. Both version 4.3.2 and 4.3.3 work as expected.
You can confirm this by reviewing the Testing for conflicts guide and it should help narrow down the source of conflict.
I’ll go ahead and close this thread out but feel free to open a new one if you have any new questions or concerns. Have a stellar rest of your week and thanks for working with me on your CSV import issue. Cheers!
Hunter
ModeratorMy pleasure! Word on the street is the release should be coming out in the next day or two, but you didn’t hear that from me 😉
Thanks again and have a great rest of the week!

ModeratorHi Wayne,
I took a quick look at your site and the camp_schedule page appears to be displaying your The Events Calendar month view. I also clicked through to an event and everything looks good there too.
Can you please let me know if the PRO plugin is currently installed and activated? If not, I’m really not sure what more I can do. If you are still experiencing issues, at this point you’ll need to either hire a developer to help get everything squared away or if you’re within the 30-day window since your purchase and you’re not in the position to hire outside help, we’d be happy to refund your purchase.
Sorry there isn’t more I can do and please let me know the status of your situation and how you’d like to proceed. Thank you for understanding and have a good evening. Cheers!

ModeratorHey Christopher,
Thank you for the response.
As we don’t need any registration form on site xyz.com we don’t need to install Events Ticket Plus there. Could this be a reason for the problem?
That shouldn’t have anything to do with the behavior you’re experiencing.
I can confirm the behavior you’ve described, so I went ahead and logged a bug report for the developers to review. I can’t guarantee if nor when a fix will be released, but please refer to our plugin changelogs and Release Notes for that kind of information.
Thanks again and sorry I don’t have a workaround in the mean time. Please let me know if you have any additional questions or comments on the matter. Take care!

ModeratorHello,
If you wanted to implement any example code provided on the page you linked to, you would add the code to your theme’s functions.php file. Please let me know if this helps clarify the matter and have a great rest of your day. Cheers!

ModeratorHey James,
Guests should have the ability to check out with no problems. To be sure, I attempted to reproduce your issue on my test site but was unable to do so. Can you please confirm you’ve reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? If not, please do so and let me know what you learn.
It would also be helpful if you could send your System Information as a private reply.
Please keep me updated and have a great remainder of your day. Cheers!

ModeratorHello, Elyse!
Thank you for posting to our Pre-Sales Questions channel! Based on what you’ve described, the plugins that would best fit your needs include The Events Calendar (free), Events Calendar PRO (premium), Event Tickets (free), and Event Tickets Plus (premium).
To include add-ons, you could add the options for selecting the WooCommerce products to associate with an event by using a plugin such as P2P or the Advanced Custom Fields relationship field.
You could then follow our Themer’s Guide to copy /event-tickets-plus/src/views/wootickets/tickets.php file into your theme and add the necessary code to display the add-ons.
Another option would be to visit our UserVoice Feature Ideas and submit the idea as a request. We are always including the most popular ideas in feature releases!
I hope this helps answer your question and have a great rest of your day. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Joel,
First off, welcome to our premium plugins and thank you for your purchase. Sorry to see you here under the circumstances. The first step here is to review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with what you find out.
It would also help if you could include a screenshot(s) of the ‘Time & Date’ section of the add/edit event screen for the events you’re having troubles with. I’ll then take that info and look for any possible reasons why the recurring events aren’t working for you.
Thanks again and have a great rest of your day. Cheers!
