In related items on single event pages it shows date when published, like to have actual date of event there. How can this be resolved?
And or how can related items be removed altogether. Thanks in advance, best regards, Wilko Klerk

    Hi Wilko, (cool name!)

Welcome back! The Related Events section should display events by their start date rather than the published date. To identify if that issue is coming from your theme or a plugin(s), can you please review our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings?

If you’d like to completely remove the Related Events, simply visit Events > Settings > Display and check the ‘Hide related events’ checkbox. I hope this helps and have a great rest of the day. Cheers!

    Hi Hunter,
Switched off all non tribe plug-ins, clearing cache etc… Unfortunately nothing worked. It seems that 4.3.3 PRO conflicts (see my other post for image). When installing: I deactivated former pro version 4.1. / than removed it / than installed 4.33 (like how it is in your manual). I don’t know what else??
(hopefully my English is ok enough for you to understand)

    Hey John,

Sorry to hear you’re still having troubles. When viewing the Related Events section on my test website, they display the start/end date/times, not the published date/time like you’re experiencing. (see screenshot below)

This leads me to believe there is a potential theme and/or plugin conflict which can be confirmed by reviewing the Testing for conflicts guide in it’s entirety (deactivating both your custom theme and all plugins other than ours.)

We are unable to provide support in these instances. More information on what is covered can be found on our What support is provided for license holders? KB article. If you do confirm the conflict is coming from your theme, I recommend searching their support forums (if available) and contacting the theme author to see if they have any advice.

If you’re having issues updating to the latest versions, please create a separate thread and we would be happy to help. Sorry again we can’t do more and have a pleasant rest of your day 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
