ParticipantMy Pro Calendar with all my events is not working. All my events have been shifted to the regular calendar. How do I get all the events switched to my Pro calendar that I paid for and activate it?

ModeratorHi Wayne,
Thank you for your purchase and sorry to hear you’re having troubles. When you installed and activated PRO, you shouldn’t have lost any data. Can you please review our New User Primer in detail and report back if you’re still having troubles?
I’ll also need you to review our Testing for conflicts guide and report back with what you learn. Please include your System Information as a private reply.
Thanks again and rest assured we’ll get everything figured out. Have a great weekend!

ModeratorHi Wayne,
Unfortunately we aren’t able to provide support in either fashion you’ve requested. Please review our What support is provided for license holders? for more information.
As previously mentioned, the first step would be to read through the Testing for conflicts guide to see if you can identify the source of conflict. If you can manage that, reply back with what you find out and I’d be happy to continue investigating.
Thanks for your understanding on the matter and have a great afternoon!

ModeratorHi Wayne,
I completely understand your frustration, believe me! I’ve put tens of thousands of hours into learning how to build, maintain, and promote websites. Our goal and promise is to build the best plugins possible and provide support for conflicts within our own code. If we were to take on every conflict our customers had, we would never be able to improve our own code and release new features. There are individuals and companies that exist specifically for resolving WordPress website issues. We have a list of customizers available to provide further assistance. I hope this clarifies our position on the matter.
You can add the theme needed for the Testing for conflicts guide by hitting the ‘Add New Theme‘ button (lower right-hand corner of the screenshot you shared with me). From there, search for ‘Twenty Sixteen‘ and install/activate it.
Please let me know what the final results are once you’re able to successfully complete the Testing for conflicts guide. Thanks again and have a great holiday weekend. Cheers!

ModeratorHi Wayne,
Welcome back and I hope you had a great weekend! Thank you for sharing the screenshots in your response. Can you please send over your System Information as a private reply? You should not have to move events from one calendar to another. By installing/activating PRO, it simply adds a few added features and does not require any kind of transition.
It appears the calendars seen in the first screenshot are actually widgets. Can you visit Appearance > Widgets and look to see if there are two event calendars added? I also notice you’re running an outdated version of Events Calendar PRO (4.3.1.1). Can you please update to version 4.3?
Once I have your System Information, that will help point us in the right direction. Rest assured we’ll get this resolved. Have a great rest of your evening and take care. Cheers!
