Is it possible to use guest checkout with event tickets add-on? When I disable the require registration and require sign in, attempting to add a ticket to the cart just gives the empty cart message. Is there something I’m missing or can this just not be done?
Guests should have the ability to check out with no problems. To be sure, I attempted to reproduce your issue on my test site but was unable to do so. Can you please confirm you’ve reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide and reply back with your findings? If not, please do so and let me know what you learn.
