    Thank you for choosing PRO and welcome to the forums! I would be more than happy to help assist you. If you haven’t already, check out our New User Primer as it contains tons of valuable information and tips on how to get the most out of our plugins.

    Once you’ve installed and activated PRO, not much will change on the back-end of things other than a few features added (such as recurring events). To create a recurring event, simply add a new event and under the ‘Time & Date’ section, you’ll see the option to add a new set of recurring rules. We have a great article which goes into great detail on how PRO recurring events work.

    What you describe is definitely possible with Events Calendar PRO and Event Tickets Plus! If for any reason you run into any issues, we happily offer a 30-day refund with no questions asked. I don’t foresee this being the case as our plugins can achieve what you’re looking for, but that option is always nice to have.

    Hey Marcy,

    Welcome back! Based on what you’ve described, I believe you’re experiencing a known bug which is being addressed in the next maintenance release (should be out any hour/day now!) For the time being, we recommend downgrading to versions 4.1.3. You can get previous versions of PRO from your Downloads page and TEC here. You’ll need to do the updates manually.

    I’ve attached this thread to the logged bug for the developers to reference. Hang tight and keep an eye on your WP plugin updates and theeventscalendar.com/blog for release info. Thanks for the patience and our apologies you’re having to deal with this bug.

    Can you confirm whether the issue occurs with only our plugins active and the default WP theme active? Reply back with your findings and also include your System Information as a private reply and I’d be happy to continue investigating.

    What you are experiencing definitely sound strange, but we are unfortunately unable to support these types of conflicts per forum rules :-/

    I also did a quick check of past forum threads and didn’t see anything relating to what you’re experiencing, so I’m really not sure where to start. You may want to try contacting the author of the Custom Field Suite plugin to see if they have any ideas.

    Sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing. I believe it is related to a bug we’re aware of and working on a fix. Would you mind sending over your System Information as a private reply?

    Hey Dean,

    Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, the Facebook API doesn’t allow our Facebook Events plugin to import events marked with certain restrictions. Additionally, I’m not really sure as to how you might go about checking to see if the event creator marked the event as such.

    This Stackoverflow conversation does a good job of explaining what’s going on. I’m honestly not sure if it’s possible, but it might be an idea worth adding to our UserVoice Feature Ideas if it hasn’t been already.

    Thanks to the both of you for your responses. @Teresa, I’m not 100% certain you are experiencing the same issue, so if you wouldn’t mind, go ahead and create a new thread and we’d be happy to take a closer look at your situation.

    Robert, thanks again for sending over that System Information. We are working on a maintenance release which should be coming out any day now, so keep an eye out for that. What got fixed will be outlined in the changelog.

    Hi Helen,

    I understand it’s a tedious procedure, but that is unfortunately the first step in identifying the source of conflict. I understand you have a development server that isn’t giving the same issues, but there is always the chance for something different between the two that could potentially be the cause.

    I wish I had another alternative for you but I can’t think of anything else at this time. Keep me posted with your findings and thank you for your understanding on the matter.
