Calendar widget – options/filtering

Hi there, a few weeks ago I was assessing event plugins and created a quick mockup for my client of (what I thought) the Events Calendar Pro ‘calendar widget’ would look like (i’ll put a private link in the next reply). I’m not entirely sure where I originally saw this implementation of the calendar widget (i.e. with the filters and view option above the calendar) and I’m now thinking I confused myself. I’ve now just purchased and bought the Pro plugin and set up the widget but it doesn’t seem it’s possible to have the filters/view options available in a widget. Did I misunderstand initially, or has the widget been simplified at some stage?
