Calendar events not clickable on iphone and ipads

My events are not clickable when viewing the calendar on iphone and ipads. This is a big issue for my company as the events drive the entire business. Seeing that this is an event without being able to click through and get the details on what the event is, is not very useful for me. I’ve been told that it works on non-IOS tablets. Can you please let me know how we can fix this issue?

Before I do any testing, I would love it if you could just confirm that something is not functioning properly. Do you know of anybody is successfully using the Events Calendar with mobile IOS devices? Can you provide me with a link to any other website that is displaying a calendar so that I can check to see if the events are clickable on an iphone or ipad? I don’t want to go through this aggravation only to find out that the plug-in doesn’t support mobile IOS devices.

Hi Paula,

Welcome back. I can assure you this is not a widespread problem and is more than likely related to your theme and/or another plugin you’re currently using. You can see a number of different sites using our plugins and check them out on your IOS device to confirm what I’m saying.

I know it’s not the ideal situation to have to deactivate all other plugins and revert back to the default WP theme, but it’s always the first step. Thanks for understanding and have a good day.
