"Perform Import" loads a blank page

    Hi,

    Since the latest plugin update I have not been able to execute csv imports. I am able to get to the field mapping screen but when I click “perform import, the screen goes blank and nothing is uploaded.

    I am working on this on a development site.

    I need to solve this problem ASAP.

    I downgraded to the previous version of all of my event calendar plugins and the import feature works perfectly. I do not consider this issue resolved, however. Please let me know what might be causing this problem.

    Sorry to hear about the import issues. Does the screen still go blank when attempting to import a smaller number of events/items? I did a quick check of our logged bug reports and don’t see anything that relates to what you’re experiencing, so try splitting up the .csv file import file and see if that works.

    Hi Hunter,

    Just to test, I tried to perform this upload on my production site with the latest version of the events calendar plugin. It performed the upload without any problems.

    So I assume the issue is related to the settings of my development site and not the plugin. You can probably close this ticket. It would still be nice to know what the specific issue is and how I might be able to fix it, but I’m not as concerned about this issue anymore.

    Definitely strange as to why it’s not working on your dev site! I wish I was able to give you more information on that. Regardless, thanks again and feel free to open a new thread if you have any more questions or concerns.
