Hi on the site: http://www.chimneyrockco.org/2016site/special-programs/ we have The Event Calendar installed. When I put text/content into the “Add HTML Content” in the Advanced Template Settings, it shows up online, but if I go back and save the page or try to edit it, the content disappears.

Nothing on the Settings – Display tab seems to save.

    Hey Marcy,

Welcome back! Based on what you’ve described, I believe you’re experiencing a known bug which is being addressed in the next maintenance release (should be out any hour/day now!) For the time being, we recommend downgrading to versions 4.1.3. You can get previous versions of PRO from your Downloads page and TEC here. You’ll need to do the updates manually.

I’ve attached this thread to the logged bug for the developers to reference. Hang tight and keep an eye on your WP plugin updates and theeventscalendar.com/blog for release info. Thanks for the patience and our apologies you’re having to deal with this bug.

    Cheers!

Possibly related — when the WordPress toolbar is visible to a logged-in admin when viewing the site, the “Settings” link in the Events dropdown returns a “cannot load tribe-common” error. All other links under Events work OK.

    Hey Marcy,

Just want to drop a quick note in here to let you know that The Events Calendar 4.2.1 is about to release any moment and it will include a patch for this issue. Please update and let us know if you continue to hit any trouble.

Thanks so much for your patience while we worked on this!

    Cheers,
    Geoff
