ParticipantHey @Uwe,
Thanks for this information.
We do not offer support for custom features and custom coding (which Extensions are part of), but I will let a developer on our team know about the Extension not working for you.
They may be able to have some insight on that and there may be a recommendation we can make from there.
Stay tuned to this thread—I will post news about this as it arrives.

ParticipantI have remained unsuccessful in my own attempts at this snippet, @darrienw93, and have reached out to a developer on our team.
I will update this thread with news about the snippet.
Stay tuned! (And thanks for your patience.)
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantThanks! Keep us posted.

ParticipantInteresting! I cannot recreate that behavior. Can you post your site’s complete system information using the “Sharing information manually” section of this guide? → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
That will help me investigate.
Next, I’m wondering if you can do the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ After EACH STEP in that process, go back to the edit screen of an event and see if the “schedule multiple events” button works any better anywhere along the way.
What do you find when you do this?

ParticipantHey Stefan,
Sorry to disappoint, but it’s unfortunately quite tricky to show events this way. It may require custom coding based on your specific goal—we’re not able to help with custom coding as described here, but it may not be necessary here anyways.
Can you clarify how you want to show this list of events? Are you trying to just use a shortcode to list some events in this way, for example? Or a widget, for example? Or are you saying the main List View itself?
This will help me provide some insight in how you can achieve this.
Thanks! 😀

ParticipantHey @Nagroup,
Thanks for reaching out!
It should be hidden by default, in recent versions of the plugin. Can you post your site’s complete system information using the “Share information manually” methods described in this article? → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
↑ I’ll use that information to take a closer look here and try to make a recommendation from there.

ParticipantHey Anton,
Thanks for reaching out! I’ll address each of the specified details as follows:
shows competition entry dates, closure dates and winner announced dates for multiple different competitions throughout the year.
Entry dates and closure dates are shown by default for events, but there is no “winner announced” dates built into the plugin. You could just add this in the event content, or could write custom code to make some other solution, but there is not “out-of-the-box” feature for a tertiary date like “winner announced”; there’s only the start and end dates.
Ideally clicking on the event/competition name takes the user to the event page (external)
By default it only leads to the internal single event page. You could, however, install this extension that we offer on your site—it will make it so that the titles and such do link to a specified external URL → https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/make-event-titles-link-to-the-event-website-url/
I would also like these to be filtered by things like entry fee, prize money, country, etc.
This is only possible with our premium add-on called Filter Bar, which you can find here: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar/
I hope this all helps, Anton! I should also note that The Events Calendar is a fully-featured plugin, and is totally free here: wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar. So you can always just download it, install it, and start tinkering with it firsthand to see if it’ll be a good fit.
Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.
Sincerely,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantI am not able to recreate the issues you describe, so I will need to investigate your issues a bit here unfortunately.
One thing that will help me is this:
• Can you share your site’s “System Information” with me on this thread?
• To do so, please use the methods described in the “Sharing your information manually” section of this guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
It seems like you have already opted to share your system information automatically with us, but for some reason when I query for the information it is not coming up in our system. 🙁 So you will have to share it manually using the steps above.
Sorry for the trouble there—this may be related to or caused by your issues.
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHello, thanks for reaching out!
I am looking at your issue now. Please note that we provide support on the timeline of guaranteed reply every 24–48 hours.
Please read more about this here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
We certainly try to work more quickly than this, of course! But I just wanted to note our policies so that you can best set your expectations here.
Sit tight — I am looking over your issue and will be posting another reply soon.
Thank you,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Charles,
Thanks for reaching out.
It sounds like these are imports from Facebook. Can you share links to events and pages whose images and venues are not importing with Event Aggregator? I will test it on my own site and see what I find.
Thanks!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Cliff,
Was that event in your screenshot created before you updated to The Events Calendar / Events Calendar Pro 4.4.x?
I ask because in 4.4.x you cannot edit recurring event permalinks.
The issue of recurring event slugs becoming “h” upon being edited was a bug in recent versions that was addressed in part by this removing of the ability to edit slugs at all.
To test, can you try creating a brand new recurring test event on your site and then see if it has these same issues, and if its URL slug can even be edited at all?
Thanks!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHey Garth,
Thanks for reaching out!
There’s unfortunately no such feature at this time in any of our plugins. 🙁
Sorry to disappoint!
Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

ParticipantHi Mikki,
Thanks for reaching out.
It’s true that we do not typically fill out paperwork. We do, however, provide invoices for all orders that provide much of the required information.
You can learn about getting invoices on orders here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/order-invoices/
If that’s not sufficient and/or you have further questions about this topic, please email us at support at theeventscalendar.com and we can continue the conversation there.
Cheers!

ParticipantSorry to hear this, @s1nn3r!
I can’t recreate any such issues, so I’m wondering if you can provide the following details:
1. You already posted some system information, but can you use the “Sharing information manually” methods in this article to post a different set of system information to this thread? → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ That information will be very helpful.
2. Can you share a screenshot of the “Time and Date” section of the edit screen for an event on which these problems occur? To clarify, this “Time and Date” section is where the recurrence rules are configured. So if you can find a recurring event that has these issues, share a screenshot of the complete “Time and Date” section to show its complete configuration. Here is an example of what a “Time and Date” screenshot might look like → https://cldup.com/JLJmZjrBFx-3000×3000.png
Thanks!
