W9 Documentation needed

Our company is looking to purchase licensing from you. In order to add you to our approved vendor list in our PO system, I need a W9. I saw in your forum you do not typically fill out paperwork, but we are looking to purchase software beyond The Events Calendar in the future, and I do not need any customized information beyond the W9. Will you please provide this information?

It’s true that we do not typically fill out paperwork. We do, however, provide invoices for all orders that provide much of the required information.
