Once this Extension is installed and activated, clicking on an event’s title will bring you to the URL entered in the event’s Event Website field. If there is no URL specified there, then the single event page URL will be used like normal. Here’s a screenshot of the Event Website field, for reference:

This functionality may be helpful for sites that use the calendar as a hub for posting events from other sources, like Facebook, Meetup, Eventbrite, or any other place where the original source of an event’s content is somewhere other than your website. With this Extension, users clicking a given event title will be taken directly to the source of the event.
