Two Performances the same day possible?

We are a theater that sometimes presents a matinee and an evening performance of a show on the same day. How can we post these events so that they are NOT separate events?

Hey Ken,

If you have Events Calendar Pro you can use the Recurring Events feature to achieve this.

When creating an event, scroll down in the Date & Time section of the edit screen for the event. You should see a “schedule multiple events” button there and can use the configuration options there to create a second instance of the same event.

events” and then it disappears and can’t be found!

Next, I’m wondering if you can do the complete set of troubleshooting steps on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ After EACH STEP in that process, go back to the edit screen of an event and see if the “schedule multiple events” button works any better anywhere along the way.

What do you find when you do this?
