I need urgent help!
I am due to launch the calendar element of my website (www.blessedbrisbane.com.au) on Wednesday but I’m having issues with the calendar plug-in.
When the EVENTS CALENDAR plugin in disabled, the website operates perfectly. Pages load fine and you can click around the website with no issues.
When the EVENT CALENDAR plugin is activated, the site starts to stall. Pages don’t link anywhere; you have to refresh the calendar in order for it to appear; things don’t display properly; the page to upload events does not work; etc.
I use the Bridge theme (I don’t know if this is relevant or not?!)
Your help would be so appreciated!

ParticipantI am not able to recreate the issues you describe, so I will need to investigate your issues a bit here unfortunately.
One thing that will help me is this:
• Can you share your site’s “System Information” with me on this thread?
• To do so, please use the methods described in the “Sharing your information manually” section of this guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
It seems like you have already opted to share your system information automatically with us, but for some reason when I query for the information it is not coming up in our system. 🙁 So you will have to share it manually using the steps above.
Sorry for the trouble there—this may be related to or caused by your issues.
