ParticipantSorry to hear this Matthew. I don’t notice oddities with Global Stock on my local testing site, but might not be looking in the right spot.
Can you share screenshots of the specific place in your wp-admin where the Global Stock numbers are out of sync with the real ticket stock quantities? You can do so by uploading the screenshots to this thread. If you have issues with that, you can upload to Imgur.com, Flickr.com, CloudUp.com, or any similar image-hosting site; then just share the links to those images here and I’ll take a look.
I’m just curious to see where exactly the numbers aren’t rendering correctly.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Mike,
Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately the answer is generally “No” to both of your queries 🙁 Sorry to disappoint!
All event data does reside in your database, though. So you could totally write—or have someone else write—custom SQL queries that grabbed data from a whole range of events you specify.
Our plugins don’t provide this out of the box, unfortunately, but the data is all there in MySQL and so that provides a number of options you can tinker with or have someone else tinker with.
Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with!

ParticipantHey Mark,
Thanks for reaching out.
This is unfortunately not possible with our plugins out-of-the-box. You can move the ticket form to certain places in relation to the content by using the “Location of Tickets form” and “Location of RSVP form” options in Events → Settings.
Moving the forms to any other location is unfortunately not possible with out extensive custom coding that we are not able to help with per the guidelines established here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
Sorry to disappoint!
Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

January 30, 2017 at 12:49 pm in reply to: Do images upload with CSV in the Event Aggregator #1226410George
ParticipantHello!
A CSV file can specify a single image to be used as the featured image. You can see this in the example files here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/
A gallery of several images is unfortunately not support at this time—only one image can be specified for the featured image.
Please note that the CSV importer is totally free, and so you can tinker with it yourself by installing The Events Calendar on your site today: wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar.
Cheers!

ParticipantHi Alexis,
Creating a form like that is not something our plugins can really do out-of-the-box.
Very extensive custom coding would be required to modify our plugins to be able to support that kind of form. Unfortunately we cannot help with custom coding, or providing insight on what they did to achieve their own custom forms. Please read more about this policy here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/what-support-is-provided-for-license-holders/
It looks like they may have created an event and added tickets using Event Tickets Plus “Attendee Information” features, which you can read about here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/
But then they modified code to make it so that only one set of attendee information was collected, and the form elements were “expanded” by default.
I would recommend contacting the folks behind this site and asking them for insight into their customizations. They may be able to describe what they did in detail.
Best of luck with your project,
GeorgeJanuary 30, 2017 at 12:41 pm in reply to: Inquiry about of the ticket of Vienne philharmony new year concert. #1226401George
ParticipantHi there,
We sell WordPress plugins that let people sell tickets on their own websites.
We do not sell any tickets to events ourselves here on http://theeventscalendar.com
I would recommend contacting the organizers of the event you are trying to buy tickets to for further assistance.
Cheers,
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHi @Uwe,
I’m sorry to hear the extension did not help.
We do not provide support for Extensions — they are meant as starting places for extra custom features that you can tinker with.
However, just to try and help with that Extension a bit:
• When you say it “Doesn’t work”, do you mean that there is no “Tickets Email: CC Organizer” option that gets added in your wp-admin page at Events → Settings ?
• Or does this option show up, but doesn’t make any difference whether it’s checked or not?
If it does not show up at all, I would recommend installing The Events Calendar on your site and seeing if that helps. I know you may not want to use The Events Calendar’s calendar features, and you don’t have to! But just install it and activate it on your site and see if that helps with the Extension.
You can download The Events Calendar here: http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads
Thanks!
George
PS
You say, “We use Event Tickets Pro and RSVP without WooCommerce (yet).”
Please note that WooCommerce or another eCommerce platform like Easy Digital Downloads is required for Event Tickets Plus to work (WooCommerce is recommended).
George
ParticipantHi Fred,
Thanks for reaching out.
Do you have a specific question I can try to help with? Let us know! 😀

George
ParticipantHey @Visitpluto,
The tickets by default have their “Catalog visibility” setting (a setting in WooCommerce) set to “hidden”. Changing this to “visible” by default (so that they show up in that shortcode and in the “Shop” page in WooCommerce in general is a bit tricky.
It is not something possible with our plugins out-of-the-box, and so is only possible by way of custom coding. We cannot provide support for custom code, but with that being said, we have attempted to make a snippet to make tickets visible by default. You can find the snippet and read about its usage here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/add-ticket-to-woocommerce-product/#post-1167928
I hope this helps!

ParticipantThanks for reaching out, Allan.
While The Events Calendar and our other add-ons for it indeed sound useful for your project—and can generally handle large numbers of events as long as your web hosting is good-quality—there is one thing here that our plugins can’t currently do:
I wondered if The Events Calendar offers a way of charging for adding events
↑ This is not possible at this time.
This is not really possible, either:
The idea would be to get bands, venues and organisers to register and add events for free but charge them for extras such as links, videos and images
At least, not with our plugins out-of-the-box. You could take our plugins and then do some customizations to them and/or integrate with other plugins, but that’s a project you’d have to embark on yourself.
Sorry disappoint on these two details! Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with.

January 30, 2017 at 12:25 pm in reply to: bug report + solution : jquery ba-resize Uncaught TypeError #1226379George
ParticipantThanks for sharing all of this, @Nicolas!
We are working on alternatives to replaces ba-resize in a future update, but for now there is unfortunately not anything we can do to help remove that 🙁
I would recommend staying tuned to plugin updates—when we finally remove the ba-resize script, it will be noted in the changelogs.
Please let me know if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with in the meantime!

January 30, 2017 at 12:22 pm in reply to: After update Recurring events are defaulting to WEEKLY #1226377George
ParticipantSorry to see this Karen!
Can you share a screenshot of the “Time and Date” section of the edit screen for the event in your screenshot?
To clarify, this “Time and Date” section is where the recurrence rules are configured. So for the event in your screenshots, share a screenshot of the complete “Time and Date” section to show its complete configuration. Here is an example of what a “Time and Date” screenshot might look like → https://cldup.com/JLJmZjrBFx-3000×3000.png
Thank you!
GeorgeGeorge
ParticipantHello Shacher,
I am sorry for my misunderstanding here, but I do not understand your question.
Can you try clarifying things again?
1. Describe what you think currently happens with yearly recurring events.
2. Describe what you want to happen instead with yearly recurring events.
I will try to understand better and offer help from there!
Thanks,
GeorgeJanuary 30, 2017 at 12:18 pm in reply to: Paid Orders not returning as ‘Processing’ staying in ‘Pending’ #1226374George
ParticipantThanks for reaching out Johanne. We are indeed working on some issues with PayPal in general and so those general IPN issues may be the main problem here.
To help me investigate this a bit more, can you clarify:
1. What is the WooCommerce extension or other method you use for the “payment plans” for tickets? How do you do this?
2. Does this issue only happen with orders that are using this “Payment plan” method? Or does it happen to all types of orders on your site?
Thanks,
George -
