Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the notifications no longer working as expected.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, if you have not already done so, you can have the system send tickets from any chosen email address by simply installing, configuring and testing the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
Please make sure you configure and test the settings using the plugin’s built-in tool.
Using a real SMTP server with authentication will bypass the built-in WP mail functionality altogether.
Doing so typically solves any notifications issues.
Have a good weekend,

MemberAnd one last thing. Events Rocket was once a great plugin.
However, it is no longer maintained and is known to cause several issues with our plugins.
I highly recommend deactivating that plugin.Have a good weekend,

We are sorry to hear about the tickets disappearing on you.
I would love to help you with this topic. When something like this happens, it is usually because of one of the following reasons:
- Tickets are out of stock: the solution is to validate the capacity (stock) for that ticket and it’s WooCommerce stock as well.
- Ticket start sale or end sale date: make sure these settings are correct. If the start sale date is not met, tickets do not appear. If the end sale date is met, the ticket disappear. I recommend examining your tickets for such dates. You can remove them temporarily if needed.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Beatriz,
Thank you for taking the time to write back.
the license is only for 1 year? the second year we will need to buy it again?
That is correct. But you don’t have to if you no longer need it.
In other words, as long as you need to import events in that way, you will need to keep the license valid.
Can we pay for a “personal” suscription for just one site?
Absolutely.
You can actually share that license on several sites. The key is that it is limited to 100 import jobs per day (a job can contain hundreds of events).
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Sean,
I am glad to hear the CSS helped to make some partial progress.
The single pages are actually using a different type of template.
You will need an additional CSS rule for these to show as well..single-tribe_events header.entry-header {display: block !important;}Have a good weekend,

As per your follow-up question, it really depends on how these templates are structured and declared. Each theme is a bit different on that.
So without seeing the actual theme, it is going to be tricky to answer.
With that in mind, if you have not already, please ensure that these templates are declared for “Global use” https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/template-files-section/page-template-files/#creating-custom-page-templates-for-global-useBest regards,

I would love to help you with this topic.I do not see anywhere to put in a price. And i do not see how payment is taken. Is there a walkthrough of how to sett this up?
To be able to take payment and set up a price, you will also need to install at least one e-commerce plugin ( WooCommerce is by far the most popular choice ).
I would highly recommend going through the following new user primer guide to get you going: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
I also need the ability to allow user to pick the date they wish to attend an event. For instance an event that runs from december 3-9th. Should be a dropdown to choose date.
Unfortunately , we do not have a built-in dropdown functionality for this at the moment.
But, there are a couple of ways around this:
- You could create 6 events (one for each day) and have each event contain tickets for that specific day. As a side note, you can actually clone events to work faster.
- You could have 1 big event with 6 different tickets (1 for each day). You can even have these tickets disappear as their day is passed.
Let me know how that goes.
