MemberGood afternoon Harrie and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with these questions.1) Additional Information Per Attendee
I would like this to be unedited by customer after order. This information is vital and should not be changed.
Also, can you send this information separate to admin after successful order automatically?Built-in, there is no known way for the customer to be able to edit the attendee info per customer.
If you have found one, please let me know.As for the second part of your question, it is indeed possible to modify the content of any email sent including adding attendee info in it.
That is because, WooCommerce and our plugins are built to be customizable to each user’s needs. As a starting point, I would recommend taking a look at the following snippet (to add in your Child theme’s functions.php): https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/display-attendee-information-on-email-confirmation/#post-1106835
2) Ticket Emails Not Sending
I have searched the forum and there was one guy had this issue. I am the same. I have updated everything and managed to complete the order manually, but no tickets are being sent.
Can this be fixed?
To confirm, I am getting the order for, but no ticket email to customer or to admin. There are 2 probable reasons for this:
- The method used to send this email is being blocked at some level (you webhost, your email provider, etc…)
- There is some template customizations in your WordPress theme that would need some updating
In case something is blocking the email from being sent, I would recommend installing and configuring a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/
If that still does not work, could you please send me a copy of your WordPress theme / child theme in a .zip file link (via Dropbox or Google Drive) in a private reply so that I can run some tests on my end ?

MemberGood evening Robin and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for the system information.
We are sorry to hear about the event page not displaying properly on your website.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing that I would recommend is to deactivate Event Rocket.
Although this was a great plugin, it is known to break with the Events Calendar plugins 4+ at different levels.
I would also recommend trying to go to Events -> Settings -> Display and try different settings for the Events template dropdown menu.
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry the support droid closed the previous thread. You are absolutely right, the slug translation issues have already been there far to long for our liking.
The good news is that we have worked closely with the good folks from WPML and we have a good handle on things.
The current target is to release important improvements to WPML support with version 4.3
I am keeping a close eye on this one as I think it will make things much smoother for everybody 🙂
Hang tight as this release is scheduled for later this month if all goes well.
Best regards,

I would love to help you with this topic.how Tickets creates the WooCommerce products
That is a very good question.
Full disclosure, I will have to ask Dev tomorrow to provide you with a proper answer.
Hang tight as I follow up on that topic for you.

MemberGood evening Sharon,
Thank you for writing back and for doing the tests.
I’m sorry to hear about the conflict.
I’d like to run some tests on my end to see what can be done about the conflict.
Could you please send me a copy of your WordPress theme / child theme as a copy of the Dynamik Website Builder in a .zip file link (via Dropbox or Google Drive) to that intent?
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Amanda,
Thank you for writing back.
I just tested the snippet on my end and the good news is that it works.
Just to clarify, the snippet adds the category automatically upon new tickets you create.
It unfortunately does not add a “ticket” category to tickets that were already created.Could you try with a new ticket to see if you have the desired result ?
If not, would it be possible to send me a copy of your WordPress theme / child theme in a .zip file link (via Dropbox or Google Drive) in a private reply so that I can run some tests on my end ?
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Joanna and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that you are unable to sell tickets on your site. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. After taking a careful look at your system information, I have found the reason why.
As much as I hate to be the bearer of bad news, at the current time our plugins do not support WPML compatibility with Event Tickets Plus. Only our free the Events Calendar and our premium the Events Calendar Pro are supported.
We do plan to make Event Tickets Plus compatible over the next year, but unfortunately, there is no known workaround to that for the moment.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
As a side note, I am noticing that you are still using PHP 5.3x on your server. I would highly recommend upgrading to 5.4x+ if you get a chance as I have seen plenty of odd behaviours with 5.3x. WordPress actually recommends 5.6+, but 5.4+ is usually fine.
@Abbie, could you please open a separate thread so that we can offer you personalized support ?

Actually, I have great news for you. We have built our plugins to be customizable to your liking!
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works. In order to get you started on the right track, could you tell me which views (ideally with screenshots) you are interested in modifying ?

MemberGood evening Jesper and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us and for providing your system information.
I would love to help you with this topic.
If I am not mistaken, you are trying to stop RSVP emails from being sent (not WooCommerce tickets). This is why the previous snippet you tried did not work.
Instead, I would recommend trying my colleague George’s great solution: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/disable-rsvp-email-confirmation/#post-1112174
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

August 4, 2016 at 1:48 pm in reply to: Only importing all-day events from Google Calendar (v 4.5.3) #1147815Geoff B.
MemberHi again John,
We should look at that in combination with your other ticket, since it’s most likely related to the questions there as well.
Hang in there as we figure this out.
As a side note, I believe your version of the iCal importer should be 4.2.3 and not 4.5.3 🙂

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the all-day events being duplicated on each of the following days.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, could you:
- Provide me with the ics URL you are importing from ?
- Provide me with a screenshot of your recurring import’s settings ?
- Tell me what your settings are under Events -> Settings -> General for Timezone Settings ?
