I seem not able to get events/tickets to display with the actual ‘price – woocommerce buy button’. Hence I can not use this feature selling tickets to clients?front end view…

MemberGood evening Joanna and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that you are unable to sell tickets on your site. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. After taking a careful look at your system information, I have found the reason why.
As much as I hate to be the bearer of bad news, at the current time our plugins do not support WPML compatibility with Event Tickets Plus. Only our free the Events Calendar and our premium the Events Calendar Pro are supported.
We do plan to make Event Tickets Plus compatible over the next year, but unfortunately, there is no known workaround to that for the moment.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
As a side note, I am noticing that you are still using PHP 5.3x on your server. I would highly recommend upgrading to 5.4x+ if you get a chance as I have seen plenty of odd behaviours with 5.3x. WordPress actually recommends 5.6+, but 5.4+ is usually fine.
@Abbie, could you please open a separate thread so that we can offer you personalized support ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantGeoff,
Can you check out my site magnifissance.com as I am having the same issue and if it is same problem with cannot fix it then I need to get a refund ASAP. Also need to know so I can use something else rather than this plug in.
I bought events plus downloaded it and it doesnt show anything but RSVP.

MemberGood evening Benjamin,
It does not look like it’s the same issue although it looks similar.
That being said, I would need more info on your installation to be sure.My best recommendations to get things solved for you are:
- Read carefully and make sure you go through the following guide: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-tickets/ . Sometimes the Extra Tickets option is not displayed because one of these steps was not completed (e.g.: not installing an e-commerce plugin)
- If you don’t mind, I would recommend opening a separate thread for your issue. This way you’ll get a more personalized support. When you do that, I suggest sending us you complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following linkhttps://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
The majority of the time, save for that WPML incompatibility, we are able to get tickets working
Best regards,
Geoff B.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
