    Hi,

    I think I have made a mistake with reoccuring events
    I have weekly events (2 febr 2016 – 7 Juli 2016)
    Now i think i have changed these reoccuring events with “change all” and extended them till 28 dec

    Now i have 5217 pages with in total 109.400 events

    What did I do wrong and how to correct this.

    I cannot change them all again because of memory problems with my providers server.

    How should i extent reoccuring events after this is hopefully solved

    Pls help

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    I am not exactly sure what happened here, but the good news is that we have several solutions available for such cases:

    1. Make sure you have the latest version of our plugins installed (4.2.3)
    2. You could go in the master/initial faulty event and simply re-save it (which should trigger proper recurrence building). But that does not seem to be an option here.
    3. You could install the following plugin and run the re-build manually: recurrence-rebuild-helper
    4. Provided you have a backup of your database, you can run the following SQL query to delete all recurrences of an event: https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/e750ef07aae1d1eff45178031ee64c25

    Once you have the recurrence number under control, could you please share with me a screenshot of your exact settings for that recurring event ?
    This way I can provide you with the best way to go about it (after some tests)

    Hi Geoff,

    After letting the plugin run for 8 hours i still have all the reoccuring events(see screenshot attached)
