MemberGood afternoon Tony and welcome back!
Thank you for writing back.
Sorry for the confusion. Let me try to clarify.
Event Tickets Plus does not work (for now) if you are trying to sell separate pools of tickets for each of these recurring events. However, it works great if you want all of these events to share the same pool of tickets.
Furthermore, there is an imperfect workaround available if you actually wanted to have separate pools of tickets for each recurring event: you would have to break each event from the series of recurring event (after initial creation). This way, they all act as separate events.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Nicolo’,
Thank you for the system info.
I did some more digging and I have found the cause of the issue. What is going on is that this specific string comes from the Events Calendar Pro language files.
After checking the Italian language files tribe-events-calendar-pro-it_IT.po and tribe-events-calendar-pro-it_IT.mo more carefully, it appears that this specific string has not been translated for Pro yet (even thought it has for the Events Calendar free). If you simply add the translation in that file, it works. Here’s a copy of it where the string has been translated: italian
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberHey Mike,
Sorry for the confusion.
The issue that has been resolved is the generic bug we had with themes such as the Jupiter theme. We did not solve the Ninja Forms related issue yet.
My previous invitation still stands. If you don’t mind could you please send me a copy of your the version you are using in a .zip file link (via Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run it past dev and open a proper bug ticket for this?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberHey Jonathan,
I actually do have a snippet to add to your theme’s functions.php (remove the opening php tag): https://git.io/vXIKX
That should allow the mobile default view to work like a charm.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Jon and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Just to confirm, you are looking for a way to notify the event organizer of ticket purchases while using WooCommerce ?
I have found this, but I am not sure if it still works: https://github.com/thebeard/-INACTIVE-events-calendar-pro-organizer-mail
Have a good week-end,

MemberBonsoir Fabrice,

MemberGood evening Gary and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. However, please note that we do not offer support for our free plugin in this premium add-ons forum.
But, the good news is that you are still welcome to consult this forum to your liking and browse it for solutions, snippets and tutorials.
If you don’t mind, in the future could you please post your support questions here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar ?
With that in mind, I believe the issue is caused by URL/slug conflict.
If you go to Events -> Settings -> General , the URL for a single event and events (the full calendar) absolutely need to be different from one another.
Furthermore, you cannot have a “real” page that uses that slug.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Arlen and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions. We currently do not have a built-in feature for that unfortunately.
But you can vote for that feature request here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/6095921-add-waitlist-capabilityFurthermore, you will notice that this page also provides a workaround for that.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Stephanie,
Thank you for writing back and kudos on finding the cause of this.
The “1” mention is actually a good sign. It means that it is possible to add a license after disconnecting the previous one.
But, provided you specific situation (moving from .org to .com), I would suggest the following steps:
- Go to Events -> Settings -> Licenses and delete your license key. If the .org install is still active, you need to do that there too.
- Going to the license key screen on your the Events Calendar account, disconnect the licenses there too (if not already done by step 1)
- Re-enter your license keys under Events -> Settings -> Licenses
Let me know how that goes.

You are absolutely right! This is a bug that I was just able to reproduce.
We apologize for the inconvenience this might be causing.I will try to see if I can get a temporary fix happening.
If not, I also opened a ticket for this.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.

MemberGood evening Nicolo’,
I am glad you managed to fix the shortcode issue.
I am sorry to hear that all the translations are not kicking in for Italian.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
That will help me establish what the cause of the issue is.
Have a good week-end,
Geoff B.
