Tom
ParticipantHello,
I’ve just migrated a client site from one host to another, and somewhere in the middle, the ability for the client to manage inventory levels of tickets from the event page (in wp-admin) seems to have stopped working. How can I troubleshoot what went wrong and fix it?Thanks!

MemberGood afternoon Tom,
Thank you for the new snapshot.
I am not sure it that will fix it, but I did notice that Event Tickets Plus is at 4.3.1 whereas Event Tickets is at 4.3.2.Could you please ensure that these 2 have matching versions (in this case, that means upgrading Event Tickets Plus to 4.3.2) ?
While testing things out, you also might want to clear the cache and turn off W3TC temporarily for good measure.
Have a great day and let me know what you find out!

MemberGood evening Tom,
The fact that you are unable to keep the box checked for the system info is, in my opinion, a symptom that there is a conflict at play here.
By the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantI think I got this nailed down to user error…. except the auto upload checkbox, which… I guess, doesn’t really matter.
Thanks for the help!

MemberGood afternoon Tom,
I am super stoked to see that you managed to figure things out.
And you are right, the checkbox is not really that important in the end.You are welcome back in our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!
