The conflict is with the Ninja Forms plugin. Unfortunately, this plug in is critical to my client, they have 6 different active forms on their website.

Thank you for running those tests
Dang! That’s not cool at all.
Everybody loves Ninja Forms. If you don’t mind could you please send me a copy of your the version you are using in a .zip file link (via Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run it past dev and open a proper bug ticket for this?
That is the very least we could do!
Best regards,

We just wanted to let you know that a fix for the Jupiter theme conflict was released in the latest versions Event Tickets and Event Tickets (4.3.1.1). Please update when you have the chance and definitely let us know if you continue to see the issue.
Thanks for reporting this and for your patience while we worked on it!

I have updated Events Tickets to version 4.3.1.1
Which issue are you referring to that has been resolved? The conflict with Ninja Forms has not been resolved (the attendees are still not showing in the admin side)
Thanks.
October 31, 2016 at 9:49 am #1185315Geoff B.MemberHey Mike,
Sorry for the confusion.
The issue that has been resolved is the generic bug we had with themes such as the Jupiter theme. We did not solve the Ninja Forms related issue yet.
My previous invitation still stands. If you don’t mind could you please send me a copy of your the version you are using in a .zip file link (via Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run it past dev and open a proper bug ticket for this?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

Sorry for not being clearer 🙂Best regards,

November 2, 2016 at 3:14 pm #1186630Michael BurkeParticipantHey Geoff,
I’m sorry – I guess I’m being a bit dense here. You want me to package up the NinjaForms plug-in and send it to you? Like the .zip file I would have downloaded off their site? Or should I grab the plug-in folder off FTP and zip that up?
November 2, 2016 at 10:49 pm #1186845Geoff B.MemberGood evening Mike,
Yes, a .zip file containing the exact same version of NinjaForms you are using is what I would need.
Grabbing the plugin folder off FTP is actually the best way to do that.
With that in hand, we can truly start digging deep in the cause of the conflict.Thank you so much for sticking with us on this one.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

November 7, 2016 at 3:24 pm #1188845Geoff B.MemberGood evening Mike,
I asked for a second pair of eyes from one of our senior Support members.
The good news is that he was able to reproduce the issue and to craft a snippet to fix this.
You might want to relay the information to the Ninja Forms team.Simply paste the following code (minus the opening PHP tag) in your theme’s functions.php https://git.io/vX0oX
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
