MemberGood evening Nikita and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tooltip bubbles not disappearing on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic.Actually, the most recent version of our plugins are 4.3.1.1 for both of the plugins you have on your website. You might want to update in case that helps.
Among other thing, the latest versions offer the ability to embed full calendars in a normal page with a shortcode: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
Other than that, I am seeing some error messages in Google Chrome’s developer tools, most of them are caused by the Wonder plugin slider.
I would recommend deactivating that plugin temporarily to see if that helps.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Hans and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing this known bug too.
I want to apologize for the inconvenience this is causing.I have asked for a workaround for this. I’ll report my findings, but it is possible that this can only be fixed by a proper and complete Maintenance release.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released. Keep in mind we have a more or less 2 weeks Maintenance release cycle and that this week’s release is already packaged (but unfortunately does not contain a fix for this issue).
In the meantime, it is less than ideal, but the only workaround is to change the slug straight in the Database 🙁
Hang in there as I follow up on this for you.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The correct way to do this is through some template customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.I suggest reading my colleague Josh’s suggestion for more details: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/mini-calendar-week-days-to-one-letter-abbriviation/#post-903103
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Sam,
Thank you for writing back and for the system information.
I believe the issue is caused by the fact that you are still using the Events Calendar Pro version 4.1.2.
Unfortunately, using non-matching versions of our plugins (you are using the Events Calendar 4.3.1.1), tends to cause such issues.
The good news is that there is a solution for that:
- Deactivate and delete your current the Events Calendar Pro plugin.
- Head over to your downloads page
- Download the latest version of Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
- Install the version manually using Plugins > Add
You should now have your license key tab back 🙂
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Rene and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you are dealing with.
I would love to help you with this topic.First and foremost, as per Matthew’s comment, please note that the calendar will not operate properly unless you use “pretty permalinks” (as opposed to the plain option). Could you leave it to that setting for now as we are troubleshooting this ?
Once that is done, make sure that you have distinct slugs defined under Events -> Settings -> General. The single event slug absolutely needs to be different from the main calendar slug.
Furthermore, since you are a the Events Calendar Pro customer, once you have done the above, can you tell me if trying to use a different view with a full-calendar shortcode works ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Blandine,
Thank you for writing back and for the system information.
I am sorry changing that setting did not help.
As a side note, I believe part of the confusion regarding the shortcode might come from the fact that you are using a third-party plugin that provides some basic shortcodes for the Events Calendar.
Unfortunately, that does not include the ability to embed full calendar in normal pages.
For that purpose, you will need a copy of the Events Calendar Pro, which in turn would let you embed the full calendar in a normal page of your choice (thus taking care of the “Archives” issue).Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Another workaround, if you actually do not use Archives pages on your site would be to simply paste the following snippet in your WordPress theme’s functions.php file: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/change-the-wording-of-any-bit-of-text-or-string/
This will allow you to replace the word “Archives” by “Book your training”.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the month view being changed.
I would love to help you with this topic. It looks like you might be using some form of custom shortcode, since none of our plugins use this specific syntax.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Hang in there as we investigate this together.

I would love to help you with this topic. The simplest way to get rid of the single event nav is to create a template override for the single event view.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
You can also use the following CSS rule in your style.css file or in your theme’s custom CSS section:
.tribe-events-single .tribe-events-sub-nav .tribe-events-nav-previous, .tribe-events-single .tribe-events-sub-nav .tribe-events-nav-next {display:none !important;}Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Steve and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the calendar disappearing on you again. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.I have also noticed that none of the single events display as well.
When I click on a link, I get an error 404 message. My first recommendation would be to go through the following steps first: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/
Secondly, it might be good to make sure that you flush your cache manually (or deactivate the caching plugin temporarily to see if that helps).
Let me know how that goes.

MemberBonsoir Patrick,

MemberGood evening Jo,
As promised, I followed up on this.
Great news! There is indeed a plan in the works to allow our customers to auto-renew their licenses should they want to.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point.
But stay tuned, it should not be too long!Best regards,
Geoff B.
