ParticipantOriginal thread is here. https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/login-to-purchase-plus-blank-cart/#post-1172195
I went a few week with no cache plugin, but in the end decided i must have one for speed and performance. I took the advice from the original thread and bought WP Rocket.
The plugin is great, but this issue remains, as soon as the plugin is activated every ticket has ‘Login to purchase’ below it. I login and it remains even when doing a cntrl & F5.
I’ve deactivated the plugin and the site is now working correctly. I hadn’t specified any pages to not be cached, because the plugin says WooCommerce handles that and besides, it’s not a cart etc page. …. it’s every event page with tickets.
Any suggestions please?

MemberGood evening Neil and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the odd behaviour on ticket pages while WP Rocket is active.
I would love to help you with this topic.Could you please tell me which version of WP Rocket you are using specifically ?
Furthermore, would it be possible to get screenshots of your specific settings for WP Rocket (in a private reply).
Hang in there as we investigate this together.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantHi Geoff,
I’m using version 2.8.23 of WP Rocket. I’ve reactivated it and will send screen shots.
Thanks,
Neil

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Well, changing the theme’s out of question and i fail to see how that could be it, considering it works with no caching installed.
I’ve turned off the “Require users to log in” setting – i had that set because i wanted users to register therefor capture their details initially, but happy if that fixes it.
Turned it off, turned on caching, emptied the cache and navigated to a few pages, problem still exists. Forced reload of the page to clear browser cache and works but when i go back and forth i’m still seeing the issue.
Checked on my phone and still seeing the issue.
Will persist with it for today and see if it clears.
I’ll speak to the server guys and see if they’ll upgrade.
Fingers crossed it resolves, otherwise it’s back to pulling my hair out!
Thanks.

ParticipantI’ve tried upgrading to 5.4 and 5.6 but both cause fatal errors on the site – unable to access site or WP admin. Server says it’s a function, plugin or something not compatible.
Here’s an event with a ticket, seems to be working OK at the moment.

MemberGood evening Neil,
Thank you for writing back, for the ticket link and for running some tests.
I believe I might have miscommunicated what I was trying to say.
I was not suggesting that you should change themes. I was merely trying to say that I did not have a completely identical setup to yours when I ran my tests. I always try to leave no possible factor out of the equation. As for the server upgrade, I am sorry that did not go smoothly.
As stated earlier, even that requires a bit of time and testing, it is truly something you should consider doing with the help of your webhost. On my end, I am not seeing the issue with the “Require users to log in” popping up. I tried different browsers and going back and forth.
Can you confirm if you are still experiencing this issue on your end ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.
