Gareth
ParticipantHi,
We have just purchased an agency license for:
The Events Calendar
Filter BarWe want to upgrade to a multisite license but it looks like we are going to be charged the full price again for each product. We did not realise at the time of purchase that there was a multisite license as it was hidden away with the text link. Can you clarify if we will be charge twice? If yes we want a full refund of the product.
Thanks

MemberGood evening Gareth and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. We want to upgrade to a multisite license but it looks like we are going to be charged the full price again for each product. We did not realise at the time of purchase that there was a multisite license as it was hidden away with the text link.
Normally, the best way to go about this is to make the upgrade from the following page (while logged-in your account): https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/
Checkout the links on the right hand side. This way you will not get extra unwanted charges.
The other good news is that even if you accidentally purchased the wrong license, you are fully entitled to a refund as long as you are within 30 days of your purchase. To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.
So I believe this should go well.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks for getting back to me.
The Events Calendar Pro
I purchased the agency version of Events Calendar Pro. So we have paid $299, we need a multisite license. I have tried doing what you suggest but it still is charging us another $349 additional.
If we would have bought the correct version then we would have only paid $349 instead of the $648 we are going to have to pay
Filter Bar

On both products can you issue a discount code for the upgrade – otherwise we are going to have to get a refund and then buy again which we don’t want to do.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I don’t seem to be getting the emails once you have replied.
Just tried to add the voucher code but it has expired. Can you send another and I can try that.
Thanks

ParticipantHi Geoff,
Thanks for your help and I have managed to upgrade to the Multisite for Events Calendar Pro.
However I also need the Multisite lisense for Filter Bar as we have also purchased that. The code will not let me upgrade on that so can you provide me one to switch that to multisite.
Thanks

MemberGood afternoon Gareth,
Awesome!
I have also deactivated your agency licenses to complete the transaction.
Please note that the multisite licenses have different license keys. You are welcome back on our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!
