MemberGood evening Adrian and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the tickets no longer working on your site. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

As far as I can tell, you are using Eventica which has several template customizations for our plugins. It is possible that some of these customizations need updating.
A quick test to run (with a maintenance plugin activated) would be to temporarily revert to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen and see if the issue persists.
Hang in there as we investigate this together.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, because of payment gateway limitations and our refund policy, we cannot process any transaction that results in a refund 30 days after the initial purchase.
That being said, we will gladly assist you in downgrading as part as of your upcoming renewal.
Secondly, if you do that, I can actually change the current license level to Business until the 27th if you want to, but there will be no refund attached to that action.I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this to our attention.
In order to drive the case home, could you please share a screenshot of an ugly small mobile ticket (in a private reply) ?

I would love to help you with this topic. To answer your question, yes, what my colleague Josh snippet does is to move the meta in the same section as the tickets which would in turn prevent that information from being seen.
Another solution would be to use a plugin such as Members in combination with WooCommerce Memberships. This way, you could have complete control over what content is displayed to whom.
You can read about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/admin-roles-and-permissions/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the confirmation emails not containing all the information you would expect. I would love to help you with this topic.
As a first step, would it be possible to get screenshots of one of your confirmation emails (in a private reply if you prefer). This way, I will be able to get a better understanding of what your specific issue is.
Secondly, can you confirm if the event name does display on the actual tickets that are being sent ?
In the meantime, I believe you will be interested in the following extension which adds functionality to Events -> Settings -> Tickets: https://theeventscalendar.com/content/uploads/2016/10/tribe-ext-tickets-email-options-0-3-0.zip
More specifically, it lets you add event information to WooCommerce emails.

MemberGood evening Greg,
To make a long story short, the correct procedure is to pursue the previous thread in this one.
As a side note, we are still pending a few additional fixes regarding WPML, one of them regarding venues specifically. For clarity’s sake, since there were a lot of issues addressed in that previous thread, could you tell me which specific issues are still pending on your end ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberHello again TJ,
While you are it, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made. This way we can replicate your environment as close as possible.
Best regards,
Geoff B.
