Unfortunately, because of payment gateway limitations and our refund policy, we cannot process any transaction that results in a refund 30 days after the initial purchase.
That being said, we will gladly assist you in downgrading as part as of your upcoming renewal.
Secondly, if you do that, I can actually change the current license level to Business until the 27th if you want to, but there will be no refund attached to that action.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
