    Hi

    Like Chris asks in https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/downgrade-my-license/ I would like to downgrade from Agency to Business. How do I do that before renewal?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, because of payment gateway limitations and our refund policy, we cannot process any transaction that results in a refund 30 days after the initial purchase.

    That being said, we will gladly assist you in downgrading as part as of your upcoming renewal.
    Secondly, if you do that, I can actually change the current license level to Business until the 27th if you want to, but there will be no refund attached to that action.

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

    It’s ok with me. I didn’t expect a refund anyway.

    Will you fix it for me, so I don’t get payed for the Agency plan at renewal date, but for the Business plan instead?
