MemberGood evening Chris and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to answer your questions.Recurring Events and Same Day Event Tickets. Could someone please tell me how do this correctly?
Currently, we unfortunately do not fully support tickets for recurring events.
The only thing that works for now is to have 1 pool of tickets that applies to all of the recurring event series. Separate tickets for each day are not available in the context of recurring events.
As an alternative, you could create a series of recurring events (to save time) and then “break” them from the series. That will turn these events into normal events which will let you use Event Tickets Plus in the same way you have been using it so far.
Also, we noticed people are not able to purchase a ticket for the same day, is this true and can I still enable this somehow?
Would you mind expanding a bit on that ? Perhaps with a specific example ?
Even better if you have a screenshot of an Edit Event and Edit Ticket screen.Have a good week-end,

MemberGood evening Monique,
Thank you for checking things out.
The correct string has the ID 1389.
I am not sure what my be going on, but here are 3 working theories:- If you have language files in /wp-content/languages/ that relate to the Events Calendar, these will overrule any other language file. If nothing else, they need to be updated from the newest pot file (otherwise they will be missing elements)
- I just noticed that 3.1.2 has 4 obsolete strings for the Spanish translation files. Here’s a version I simply updated from the pot file (you might have to clear the Fuzzy translations). spanish

MemberGood evening Hans and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I see what you mean. There are actually different ways to approach the above workflow.
Personally, I tend to use the following approach to get to the additional attendee info quicker
We are currently working on organizing and making several extensions available for our products that could help with such requests.
For example, I would recommend trying out https://theeventscalendar.com/content/uploads/2016/10/tribe-ext-tickets-email-options-0-3-0.zip
This adds a few options under Events -> Settings -> Tickets, including adding the said attendee info to WooCommerce emails.
Perhaps that could work for you or you could adapt that extension to your needs ?

MemberGood evening Adrian,
Thank you for running those tests.
Let me know how things go after you double-check things out on your end.
But, as warning, the Event Tickets is not redundant, it is actually required for Event Tickets Plus to work properly.
Could you tell me which version of Eventica you are using ?
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme and child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Have a good week-end,

MemberHey Rob,
I understand what you are saying and I don’t disagree with you at all.
There is clearly room for improvement here (more CSS classes and rules for responsiveness). But, it is already quite editable with responsive CSS rules.
My offer to help you out with your specific install still stands.Perhaps if you do not want to share your system information, you could send me an example I can see (just the URL would be fine) in a private reply ?

MemberGood evening Sally,
Thank you for your awesome words.
The easiest way to do this would be to edit the latest details.php file I sent you at line 98 and simply swap these 2 words. You should be good to go 🙂

MemberGood evening Nick,
I am following up on this topic.
I bumped into my colleague George’s thread for that exact PHP warning message: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/missing-plugin-directory-for-event-aggregator/#post-1181835
So the good news is that warning message should not prevent proper functioning of the website and that a fix is on the way.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
