March 1, 2017 at 10:46 pm in reply to: Anyway to download the translations with the waiting ones? #1248191Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Jonne,
Thank you for writing back.
I am glad to hear you found a workaround.
I believe there is currently no Finnish string waiting for approval for Pro: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects/tribe-events-calendar-pro
So if you have not already, you can download this version from that page and update your language files.
You can even contribute there if you wish. It’s always greatly appreciated.
If these translation file strings are not kicking in, it is probably caused by customized translation files that have been placed in the /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder
The solution is to overwrite the file located in the /wp-content/languages/ or /wp-content/languages/plugins/ folder with the one from glotpress.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Andy and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a fix for this.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.
In the meantime, there is a workaround available.
You will need to downgrade both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus to version 4.3.5: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.
Best regards,

March 1, 2017 at 12:20 pm in reply to: Urgent: Tickets Not Sending to Many Emails But Not All #1247915Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon Christine and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issues you are facing with tickets not being sent out.
I would love to help you with this topic.I believe most of the issue is caused by version mismatch between our free plugins ( the Events Calendar and Event Tickets ) and our premium ones ( the Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus ).
The first step towards resolution would be to upgrade to:
- Event Tickets Plus 4.4.2
- the Events Calendar Pro 4.4.3
Once that is done, I would recommend heading over to Events -> Settings -> Tickets and making sure the ticket mailing settings are to your liking.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
Geoff B.Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon Gisela,
Thank you for your suggestion.
I will pass it along to the re-design team.
Is there anything else I can help you with on this topic ?

MemberGood afternoon Signe,
I am glad that helped to make some progress.
I will run some tests with your theme and get back to you.
In the meantime, try:.tribe-country-name {
clear: both;
display: block;
}Cheers,

MemberGood afternoon Ben,
I have some good news.
You can apply the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/elimn/4a8079fa2c45ef074aeb8afe3748f459
This should add the wanted CSS class.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood afternoon Arnaud and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the issue you are facing when people are trying to purchase tickets.
I would love to help you with this topic and, if you prefer, we can continue this conversation in french.
From what I am able to see, the issue seems to stem from the fact that you require people to login to purchase tickets.
Could you try removing that option under Events -> Settings -> Tickets and see if that helps ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.
