ParticipantHi,
Still having issues with ticket sale start times. Each time we enter 7am to say 6.30pm we save ticket, update event, then it reverts back to 8am-5pm UTC and this is having major issues for the booking of gym classes at my clients. To over come this i’ve requested they but tickets on sale the day before to the day after the event so they are available to buy within the day of the event.
Please help.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
We are actively working on a fix for this.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point.
In the meantime, there is a workaround available.
You will need to downgrade both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus to version 4.3.5: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/downgrading-plugin-past-version/
But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.
