    Hi!

    I’m trying to hide the word Free! (or, in my case, Gratis!) on a ticket. (See picture)

    I have 3 tickets to an event, two are tickets with a cost , the third ticket is not free, but paid for by using a voucher from other companies. Therefore I don’t want the third ticket to have a cost, to make it clear to the people choosing this ticket, that they don’t have to pay anything more than what they already have done.

    I have found some instructions on how to do this, here:

    but it doesn’t work.

    I have tried deactivating all plugins, but it doesn’t help (they are now activated again).

    Can you give me some input on what I could try next?

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    First off, would it be possible to get a screenshot of each of your “edit ticket” screens.
    I would like to see precisely how each is set up, especially the “free” one.

    Secondly, I would try one of the following 2 approaches from my colleagues:

    The first link you provided did the trick!!!
    I didn’t find those 2 links in my searches on the forum.

    I have shared images of my tickets anyway, in case it will give you any information you can use later for someone else.
